Q: Wait a minute, I thought the Savini Ash skin was exclusive to the Collector’s Edition?

A: As promised, the version of the Savini Ash that came with the Collector’s Edition was the only way to play at launch. This is a variant for all other players, as noted in the Collector Edition FAQ. Rest assured, the original version that came with the Collector’s Editions was limited to just 6000 and will never be reissued.

Q: Will I get the code with the shirt or via e-mail?

A: You will receive a collectible card with the shirt and the code needed to redeem the skin will be printed on the back.

Q: How do I choose which platform I want the skin for?

A: The code on the back of the card will be redeemed on this page on this website.  When the Savini Ash variant skin becomes available you will be able to redeem the code on the card that comes with your shirt and it will take you to a menu where you can select the system of your choice and download the actual Savini Skin code that is used in-game for the platform and region of your choice.

Q: When will the Savini code be redeemable in the game? And does the code expire?

A: The Savini codes are live as of 9:00 a.m. PDT on October 21, 2022. The skin codes do not expire until October 20, 2027.

Q: I purchased the San Diego Comic-Con exclusive shirt and received a code card at that event. Is it redeemed the same way?

A: Yes, those redemptions are exactly the same.

Q: I am having problems redeeming my code. What should I do?

A: Please contact collector@bossteamgames.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

Q: Is this order eligible for returns or refunds?

A: We are sorry, but as we are also sending an in-game code, all sales are final once the orders have closed on August 31, 2022.

Q: Once the sales are closed, will I be able to buy the Savini Ash variant skin later?

A: This promotion is the only way to receive the Savini Ash variant skin in 2022. We may choose to offer the skin at a future date in 2023.

Q: Can I use my Savini Ash variant skin on any platform?

A: No, the DLC is only usable on the platform for which it is purchased.  That is why we are sending you a Collectible Card with a code that can be redeemed on this website.  When you use that code you will be able to select the platform of your choice and it will then generate the code to use in-game.

Q: How many codes (skins) will there be?

A: The total number of Variant Skins produced is currently capped at 10,000.
